Gap Analysis and Planning
Identify process gaps against the ISO 9001 requirements; develop plan to address gaps and detail the certification process

Documentation Development
Develop or update the Quality Management System with documents and guides relevent to the policies and procedures aligning with the certification requirements

Implementation and Training
The QMS is integrated across the business. Employees are trained to understand how to apply the documentation in operations, along with how to measure performance

Continual Improvement
ISO Certifications are valid for three years. There are annual external audits and evidence is required of ongoing activities your organisation has carried out to ensure requirements of the certifications are met.

External Audit and Certification
An accredited assessment body is engaged to conduct the Certification Audits; confirming the QMS' alignment with standards. Upon successful completion, the ISO Certificate is received.

Internal Audit and Review
